Alberto Pérez López and Alberto Jaules launched this signature cocktail bar back in 2023, in Chamberí, going on to win the Lito Prize in 2024 and be included in the Top Cocktail Bars list, which recognises the best bars in Spain and Portugal. And to add to its allure, on Thursdays, there’s live jazz music.
They offer a wide variety of cocktails and spirits, prioritising innovation, quality ingredients and team work. The menu is divided into two sections: classic cocktails and their own signature creations.
The décor is inspired by traditional New York hotel bars, creating an elegant and inviting aesthetic. The green walls and velvet upholstery are enhanced by intimate, mood lighting to create a truly special ambience.
