Founded in 2019 by Lithuanians Dovile Krauzaite and Gintautas Arlauskas, this discreet little cocktail bar in Lavapiés received the ‘Bars and Drinks’ award in 2021 from the Madrid Academy of Gastronomy, made it onto the 100 best bars in the world list in 2021 according to the prestigious World's 50 Best Bars list, and in 2025 it was also recognised in the Top Cocktail Bars guide.
Savas Bar offers a menu of 12 simple cocktails, based on classics with a Nordic twist, in an unpretentious space with a relaxed atmosphere, so customers can enjoy their drinks without any fuss or fanfare.
The aesthetic is industrial, with a white marble bar taking pride of place. There are some high tables and an indoor lounge area.
As well as cocktails, you can also enjoy craft beer from La Caníbal.
