Opened at the end of spring 2025, Fu.Ba is an innovative bakery that stands out for its totally futuristic décor and for the products it offers, without any ultra-processed ingredients or refined flours, using sourdough, real butter, free-range eggs, etc. In short, it contains no inflammatory ingredients, resulting in functional bread that not only nourishes but also improves digestion, satisfies without causing inflammation and stabilises energy levels.
