The district of Chamartín is where you’ll find this Japanese restaurant awarded a Michelin star in the 2025 edition of the famous guide. Having first opened in May 2024, under the direction of chef Steven Wu, Sen Omakase invites you to dive into Japan through its art, culture and food.
The proposed menu is served in four different rooms throughout the experience. It consists of 35 / 40 tasting morsels, with various sushi preparations and Kaiseki cuisine, where Chef Wu combines local products with others of Japanese origin in a concept that he himself designs, cooks and presents to diners. Respect for tradition and seasonality are the values that underpin his culinary proposal.
The drinks menu is in line with the overall philosophy of the restaurant. With more than 250 wines on the menu, this restaurant seeks to present a complete overview of the wines available today, from Burgundy to Japan.
Chef Steven Wu trained in Spain and Belgium. He later travelled to Japan to train with true masters in the discipline of sushi. In Kyoto, he worked at the famous Michelin starred Uosaburo, which now has 9 generations, where he learned all the secrets of Kaiseki cuisine.
