Behind the Thyssen Museum, this new space was set up by the businessman Carlos Bosch. It has a cocktail bar, a bistro and a caviar bar for a unique and exclusive gastronomic experience. It fuses tapas, haute cuisine, mixology and live music in a large space covering an area of 450 square metres.
The space, exquisitely decorated with fabrics, wallpapers, custom furniture, beautiful lamps, hand-made mosaic floors, carved wood and original wall coverings, is divided into three areas: a large Cocktail-Bar; a Mediterranean and international Bistro and Caviar-Bar, where you can also enjoy an intimate and elegant atmosphere with a grand piano and live music; and the Manero Dom Pérignon Club, with a bar, several VIP areas and karaoke. The unifying thread in all the different areas is sophistication, art and unique pieces.
Chef Carles Abellán is in charge of the menu at Manero, based on Spanish cuisine with international influences and made with the best ingredients.
Manero Marqués de Cubas is the latest restaurant owned by the chain, joining the group’s other three restaurants, two of them in Alicante and another in Madrid, at No. 3 Calle Claudio Coello, in the Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood.
