Chef Dabiz Muñoz presents his new culinary project at the T4 Satellite Terminal of Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas Airport, striving to renew the concept of airport food in terms of variety and quality, proposing dishes designed for passengers who are pressed for time but still want to eat well.
Hungry Club has a dynamic and changing offer depending on the time of day. Its menu includes soups (ramen or laksa), pizzas with unusual ingredients (kimchi, crisps or ibérico ham), sandwiches, hot dogs, as well as pastries and desserts such as a flat croissant or La Pedroche cheesecake.
In developing this project, Dabiz Muñoz has joined forces with the travel experiences company Avolta to create Hungry Club, a chain of haute cuisine restaurants that will be present, for the time being, at the airports of Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca.
