Fans of acorn-fed ibérico products are in luck because the Cooperativa del Valle de los Pedroches (COVAP) has recently opened a new restaurant located next to their shop in Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid. Quality charcuterie, meat from La Dehesa and a wide range of dairy products from the cooperative are available at the new restaurant concept developed together with BCC Innovation, the food technology centre at the Basque Culinary Centre.
In this new restaurant, the COVAP cooperative, based in the province of Cordoba, serves food from breakfast through to dinner, and you can enjoy the most select products, such as the exquisite acorn-fed cured ham, Jamón de Bellota 100% Ibérico Alta Expresión D.O. Los Pedroches, which they slice to order.
d'Tapas is a fresh, modern, functional place, with décor made from sustainable materials and respectful of the environment.
This is the second restaurant owned by the Cooperative, having opened its first one in Cordoba in 2022.
