Every Thursday from 25 June to 23 July 2026, the Monumental de Las Ventas Bullring will host the seventh edition of this fun and gastronomic initiative that accompanies the Night-time Bullfighting Competition with Young Bulls. This event combines bullfighting and gastronomy, as a great opportunity to enjoy products boasting the M Certified Product Guarantee Mark, the food quality label for the Community of Madrid.

Cénate Las Ventas is an initiative by Plaza 1, in collaboration with the Community of Madrid’s Department of the Environment, Agriculture and Internal Affairs, the Madrid Academy of Gastronomy and the Regulating Council of Wines from Madrid. This gastronomic initiative that will accompany the Night-time Bullfights has four qualifying rounds and a grand final.

The celebration of the young bullfighters will start at 9pm and the Cénate Las Ventas initiative will set up a market of products from Madrid in the gallery of the upper tiers 5, 6 and 7 in the adjacent terraces. These stalls will be open from 8pm until 1.30am.

Special promotion in the upper tiers for the general public / Members of the bullring, the fair and season ticket holders can purchase up to 4 tickets at a discount in any area of the bullring before 2pm on the day of the bullfight.
