Argentinian bartender and entrepreneur Kevo Jacoby, along with chef Juan D'onofrio (the mastermind behind the Michelin-starred restaurant, Chispa Bistró), have brought to life this cocktail bar located in the basement of a stately building in the Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood, very close to El Retiro Park and Paseo de Recoletos, next to Casa de América. It offers a wide variety of signature cocktails combined with impeccable service.

Previously home to St. John's, the bar retains the exposed bricks and vaulted ceilings that give it a cave-like feel. It has several high and low tables, designed to optimise the space, green sofas and a bar located at the back.

The menu features fourteen innovative cocktails, complemented by various dishes designed for pairing and sharing.

And on weekends they have a cult DJ to get the place buzzing.
