Nȏmada

Located on the site of the former Serrano 41 nightclub, as part of the Galerías Serrano project, which seeks to revitalise the space, Nȏmada is a signature cocktail bar, with César Luis García as Bar Manager (member of the Top 20 World Class 2022), where you can enjoy Mediterranean and Andalusian dishes based on Arabic cuisine.

It is decorated to resemble a luxury jaima, with pagoda ceilings, ochre tones, wooden furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs upholstered in Arabic prints, and a terrace where lush vegetation, waterfalls, incense, and pouffes to recreate an oasis. The menu has around forty dishes, most of them designed to share, along with a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails.

Nômadâ serves up Mediterranean-inspired dishes and invites you to explore flavours from around the world without setting foot outside. All the dishes are made with fresh seasonal products and exquisite technique.

As evening turns to night, you can head down to the IŠTAR club, beneath the restaurant, where you can dance to the beats of afrohouse music.
