Mauz Madriz

First opened in 2023, this avant-garde cocktail bar in the Barrio de las Letras combines high-end mixology, beautifully curated cuisine, a diverse cultural programme and a carefully designed space where you can enjoy original signature cocktails served in style by expert bartenders, as well as live music.

The bar can accommodate up to 90 people and combines the elegance of classic design with a contemporary aesthetic, creating an immersive, warm, sophisticated atmosphere using soft wood and mirrors (supplied by the Mil Studios firm, of Madrid In Love). It is divided into three areas: the main lounge area, looking out to the street, features a ten-metre-long rose quartz bar. At the back, there is a vaulted multipurpose space that is perfect for hosting private or corporate events.

The menu combines creativity, technique and premium spirits in a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, with several snacks and light bites to accompany your drink.

Mauz also puts on all kinds of different activities throughout the week, such as live music, contests where bartenders show off their skill and creativity, special culinary events and participation in major international cocktail fairs such as FIBAR.
