Gran Clavel

Located in the Hotel Iberostar Las Letras, this culinary space run by the head chef, Rafael Cordón, enables you to enjoy a traditional eatery, a vermouth house and a wine bar all under the same roof, which stands out for its excellent location in the heart of the Gran Vía, and its impeccable decoration.

The three different spaces have bright and welcoming lighting, walls and columns painted green and chairs and armchairs in shades of orange-brown. Each table is presided by a red carnation.

At the Gran Clavel, it is possible to have breakfast, lunch, tapas or drink some wines, all of which uses Madrid gastronomy as a reference.
