Sommelier Delia Baeza’s passion for wine led her to open a small wine shop and distributor in the neighbourhood of Lavapiés in 2011. Later, she moved to her current, larger premises within the same neighbourhood, this time expanding to a wine bar where you can enjoy wines from around the world, to suit all tastes, with a simple food menu, all at affordable prices.
Putting a modern spin on a traditional Spanish bar, La Fisna has a bar area and several high tables. Decorated with bottles of wine everywhere, there is a shop at the back where you can find incredible wines from various places, from Burgundy to Bordeaux and Champagnes as well as generous Spanish wines from small producers.

Their expertise was recognised in October 2024 at the VIII Edition of Madrid Gastronomy Awards in the World of Wine section. In 2021, they were also awarded a Repsol Sun in the culinary guide.
