Colegio Mayor Fundación SEPI

This is a university institution attached to Universidad Complutense de Madrid managed by the Foundation of the same name which, in turn, is managed by Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI). Students and post graduates admitted. It is located in the University district and well connected to the facilities of UCM.

All the rooms are single (and four for disabled people). Rooms are provided with bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, Internet access and electronic card-operated door locks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included everyday except Sundays and holidays, medical centre, laundry service, cleaning service, reading room with newspapers and magazines, library, assembly hall, TV room and special rooms for architecture, computers, photography and music, video-recording, etc., sport facilities and swimming pool.

They also have a telescope and other related appliances for those interested in astronomy. Wide programme with cultural, sports and academic activities. The residence is open all year round except Christmas and Easter. During summer months (July, August and September) the residence is offered to people or groups related to other projects and activities: business studies, Spanish for foreigners, culture and sport.
