Iván Morales and Álvaro Castellanos are expanding on the gastronomic experience of Arzábal with this restaurant located close to El Retiro Park. It offers the best traditional Spanish cuisine in addition to an exclusive sushi menu, and a champagne and cocktail bar.
The house specialities at A de Arzábal include traditional Spanish dishes such as Iberian ham croquettes, poularde burger, and sardines and vegetables on a pastry base (coca). However, the menu also incorporates Japanese dishes, including exquisite creations such as lobster ceviche, red shrimp with wasabi, and onigiri of flambéed scallop with spicy yuzu.
This 'secret club' is open to the general public, but you can also become a member for an annual fee and enjoy exclusive events such as tastings, product launches, and talks.
