Talking about the LA LATINA THEATER in Madrid is talking about the history of the culture of this city, from flamenco to music hall, from theater to operetta shows, or from live music to musicals.
One of the most emblematic theaters in Madrid stands presiding over the traditional La Latina neighborhood, one of the most popular and authentic locations in the city. The great names of music, theater, and live shows have passed through this room. And they continue to do so because, like Madrid, La Latina does not stop renewing itself and looking to the future.
Managed by PENTACION, the venue has 900 seats on three floors (orchestra, club, and amphitheater). We have recently renewed our sound system, as well as the lighting elements and audiovisuals, to the latest generation equipment. In addition, improvements and renovations are made every year. It currently has new seats in the patio and club, renovated patio public bathrooms, and new dressing rooms. It also has an attached cafeteria with capacity for up to 150 people that can be complemented by the main hall of the cocktail room. And it also has a roof terrace with spectacular views of the center of Madrid.
PENTACION TEATROS also manages the Bellas Artes Theater, with 435 seats and the Reina Victoria Theater with 650.

In Teatro La Latina we are fully aware of the importance of sustainability, which is why we have partnered with a specialized consultancy that has guided us in the planning and implementation of continuous improvements. Thanks to their collaboration, we have achieved several advancements, among which the following stand out:
- In 2023, we calculated our carbon footprint, using that year as the baseline, and registered it in the Voluntary Registry of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITERD), allowing us to commit to an annual reduction of our emissions.
- Furthermore, our theater is part of the “Teatros Verdes Iberdrola” network, ensuring that our energy supply comes entirely from renewable sources, thereby contributing to decarbonization.
- We have made a firm commitment to the reuse of materials in order to promote a circular economy. In this regard, we encourage the reuse of hand programs and posters, and we work to reduce the use of printed materials.
