In an international context where diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility are becoming increasingly important within the tourism and meetings industry, destinations are called upon to promote environments that are more open, responsible and representative of the societies they serve.

Aware of this reality, the City of Madrid, as an international tourism destination and a benchmark in the fields of meetings, culture and business tourism, reaffirms its commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, equal opportunities and inclusion as an essential part of a responsible, accessible and sustainable tourism model.
