Gran Hotel Inglés 
The Gran Hotel Inglés is the oldest luxury hotel in Madrid, opened in 1886. The hotel reopened its doors in 2018 after a careful refurbishment and an investment of more than 20 million euros, making it one of the most exclusive hotels in the city.
The hotel has 4 different spaces that are the ideal setting to celebrate unique events in the centre of Madrid.
These unique spaces distribute among the Virginia and Woolf rooms, the Santa Ana and Ángel meeting rooms, the Casa Lobo restaurant and our Lobbyto cocktail bar.
In them you can celebrate from a private and discreet meeting of only 6 people, in a careful and welcoming environment, to an event of 120 people in the most sophisticated and attractive space of the hotel.
Our meeting rooms are also equipped with the best audio-visual material.
The hotel’s gastronomic proposal for groups and events is characterized by offering personalized menus, sensitive to the seasons and seasonal products, influenced simply by the feelings of all of us who create this parallel universe with our work.

Gran Hotel Inglés, recognized as a Leader in Sustainability by Leading Hotels of the World, integrates responsible practices in its journey towards a more sustainable business model. Additionally it holds the EcoStars certification, which assesses sustainability in each hotel reassuring its dedication to ESG policies.
As part of its social commitment, Gran Hotel Inglés collaborates with the Aladina Foundation, supporting children with cancer through the #GHIColabora initiative. It also focuses on local farm-to-table cuisine, including the use of organic and fair-trade compostable coffee.
Through the #GHIGoesEco program, it has completely eliminated plastic in food and beverage utensils, implemented sustainable cleaning practices and established a water filtration system that minimizes waste and CO2 emissions.
