BEST WAY works close to the client to achieve the objectives in each action, respects and represent the values of the brand and carefully, selects the best profile for each event: Congress hostesses, trade fair staff, protocol staff, task force, runners, drivers, entertainers, etc.
We are ready to carry out any type of event, we have a vocation for service, we work with great attention to the detail to select and hire the most accurate staff for each occasion keeping an active attitude and acting as problem solvers once on site when needed.
We have successfully made the selection, hiring and training staff to multiple events like:
- COP2019: Accreditation of 2500 attendants, 2000 journalists. Set up time: 18 days.
- Copa Libertadores 2018: Distribution of 80,000 tickets for the match. 70 people staff, 3 coordinators, Set up time: 5 days.
- Vodafone Christmas 2019: 400 promoters dressed up as Santa Claus all over Spain. Set up time: 5 days.
