Room Mate has announced it is going to open its fifth hotel in Madrid, which will stand at number 16 C/. Huertas, very close to Room Mate Alicia. The four-star Room Mate Teresa (its new flagship in the capital) will open within 12 or 14 months.
It will have 84 rooms, a restaurant and meeting facilities.
