Millesime Madrid is an annual gastronomy festival that brings together foodies and a select group of professional chefs, featuring all kinds of workshops, demonstrations and tastings to keep up with the latest culinary trends.
This time round, Pabellón de la Pipa at Casa de Campo Park was the setting for this three-day event, where visitors were able to enjoy delicious ingredients and dishes served up by top chefs, head waiters and sommeliers. Each year there is a different guest city, region or country. In short, it’s an irresistible culinary showcase where presentation is key.
As in previous editions, day two of Millesime Madrid 2015 hosted the awards given out to the five restaurants that have stood out the most over the past year: Filandón, Club Allard, Sacha, Taberna Pedraza and Kabuki.
