Madrid Convention Bureau has just renewed the mark “Q of Quality in Tourism”, issued by the ICTE (Institute for Quality in Spanish Tourism), with a grade of 902.49 points out of 1,000.
The quality standard of reference, UNE 187005: 2009 convention bureaux, which evaluates the working procedures in different areas of convention bureaux daily operations, guarantees a continuous adaptation of these processes of work and attention to partners and clients in order to achieve a greater efficiency.
The note achieved – 902.49 points, is the highest of the last series of audits performed and guarantees that the Madrid Convention Bureau can make use of this brand of excellence recognized in the tourist sector for a period of at least three years.
The audit assesses management, information management system, marketing and delivery of services, and corroborates these conform to the standard of reference, and are consistent with the established working processes, always with the aim of improving the efficiency of the convention bureau as organization.
