Madrid Convention Bureau puts the finishing touches to its second roadshow of the year, with visits to Bogotá and Mexico City scheduled

On 27 and 29 September, Madrid Convention Bureau will be travelling along with twelve companies linked with Bogotá and Mexico City to hold a networking event for an estimated total of twenty-five MICE agencies and corporate clients in each of the two capitals.

The main venues for these events will be Paco Roncero’s restaurant in Bogotá, V.O. (Versión Original) and the new Sagardi establishment in Mexico City, due to be opened shortly.

As has been the case since 2015, the distinctive feature of these events is that attendees don’t have the usual kind of professional meetings with tablets, working groups and formal cocktails. Instead, the event is centred on games, participation and fun. Based on a team game led by MCB staff together with representatives from partner companies taking part, delegates get to know essential aspects of Madrid that they need to bear in mind when choosing the city as a venue for their events. All this is done in an entertaining way with first-hand experience guaranteeing that they remember everything more easily and take away a positive impression of the destination.
