The Hotusa Group has bought the five-star Sheraton Madrid Mirasierra Hotel & Spa and will integrate it into its Eurostars Hotels chain under the name Eurostars Suites Mirasierra.
Eurostars Suites Mirasierra has 182 bedrooms and suites covering at least 60 m2 each, the majority affording views of the Madrid mountain range. It is currently one of the leading establishments for organising events in the capital thanks to its 17 independent function rooms, all with natural light, which amount to 1,800 m2 and enable it to host events for up to 850 people.
Its offer is completed by a restaurant with terrace, several bars, an outside pool, a spa, gym and an extensive range of health treatments.
This acquisition will be the chain’s eighth establishment under the Eurostars brand in Madrid, where it already owns Eurostars Madrid Tower, also 5-star; and 4-star hotels Eurostars Monte Real, Eurostars Plaza Mayor, Eurostars Zarzuela Park, Eurostars Gran Madrid (Alcobendas), Eurostars Arenas de Pinto (Pinto) and Eurostars I-Hotel (Pozuelo de Alarcón).
