From 15 to 17 January, Hilton Madrid Airport hosted the Regional Meeting held by HelmsBriscoe Europe, the biggest purchaser in terms of volume in the Meetings and Events Industry. More than 200 Meetings Tourism professionals met at this hotel to examine future sector trends.
HelmsBriscoe picked Madrid as host city for this event, specifically the Hilton Madrid Airport as its main conference centre in the capital. The hotel’s meetings facilities consist of 1,700 square metres of flexible space that can be adapted to suit any requirements, plus 284 bedrooms split between two towers.
All meeting rooms in the hotel have been awarded the prestigious ‘Hilton Meetings Qualified’ certificate, guaranteeing the highest standard of service and customer care.

Madrid Convention Bureau, of which the Hilton Madrid Airport hotel is a member company, supported this meeting by laying on the venue for a social event for delegates in Casa Patas and guided tours of the city centre, plus information and a presentation about the destination during the working day.
