Dear Hotel opens its doors on Gran Vía

Dear Hotel, a new 4-star establishment a stone’s throw from Madrid’s Plaza de España, opens its doors to guests, offering unique accommodation in the heart of the city. This new hotel is an initiative headed by Seca Hoteles.

Dear Hotel boasts a markedly cosmopolitan and intrinsically urban vibe, and is conveniently located at number 80 on Madrid’s Gran Vía, in a historic 1945 building that still retains some of the distinctive architectural features of the period. Of the 162 rooms available to guests, the nine suites deserve a special mention. Covering some 40m2 to 50m2, the suites are located on floors 10 and 12 and offer the best views over Plaza de España and Casa de Campo Park. All of the rooms are outward-facing, with views of Plaza de España or Gran Vía, and some of them even have individual balconies. These can be requested when making the reservation.

As for Dear Hotel’s common areas, highlights include the large terrace on the 14th floor, which is home to the Nice to Meet You restaurant, offering modern seasonal cuisine. There is also a lounge and the Sky Pool, which is the perfect place for a cool dip on a hot summer’s day. The spectacular terrace offers unbeatable 360° views of the city, making it an ideal spot to dine, enjoy a refreshing cocktail while taking in Madrid’s amazing sunsets, or when organising an exclusive private event.

Dear Hotel’s interior was designed by the prestigious award-winning studio Sandra Tarruella. Its classic elegance with avant-garde touches and high-quality furnishings create a modern atmosphere full of welcoming spaces.
