In the Salón de Columnas room of Casa de la Panadería, a building in the popular Plaza Mayor square, you'll find a state-of-the-art tourist information centre, open 365 days a year, from 9.30am to 8.30pm. The friendly staff can offer helpful advice, in many languages, on how to make the most of your stay in the city.

- Ticket sales: there is a ticket sales point for the Madrid City Tour hop-on-hop-off bus, as well as for the Teatro Circo Price, Teatro Español, Fernán Gomez Cultural Centre and Naves del Español en Matadero. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday, from 10:30am to 2:30pm and from 4:30pm to 8:30pm. The ticket office is closed on 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January.
