In a world full of copycats and followers who only follow others, it’s very hard to find anything truly authentic.

We no longer want to experience Chinatown in Paris, we refuse to walk through streets of Rome that look like they could be in Boston, we are radically opposed to streets that do not tell a story, to products without surnames, to copies – we do not settle. Because when you find truffles, instead of something that just tastes like truffles, when you see the big city and not just a filter that looks like the lights of the big city, or when you go out into the street and find yourself face to face with the real, live, unique Madrid instead of the city sold in the brochures, then, that’s when you can take with you a piece of something that nobody has, a piece of something authentic.
