AGA Catering de Gourmet is a company which began its activity 20 years ago and works every day to provide an exquisite gastronomy and artisanal creation.
Mila Apellániz, Executive Chef, is leading the creative part of the gastronomic proposals and implementing them, bringing their talent to each of them. She is the only woman awarded at the prestigious International Fair Madrid Fusion (“Author Creation Snack”).
AGA Catering is one step ahead in the world of events, giving gastronomy the importance it deserves and understanding it as a channeling element to reach the guest, providing value to the event and the brand. Because each client is different, AGA Catering is specialized in designing personalized services, adapting the gastronomic proposals to the specific features of each event.
From AGA Catering we promote sustainability in our events, we have a Sustainability Policy based on the following values:
• Slow Food: Artisanal production, not industrial. All the elaborations of AGA Catering are handmade. We use raw materials of the highest quality that use artisanal procedures and respect for the environment.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: AGA Catering contributes to society along with Tetérum, a socially responsible tea brand giving opportunity and recognition by integrating people with autism and other associated disabilities.
• Responsible Waste Management: We work on waste separation in our events to facilitate recycling and composting. And we use compostable or biodegradable containers and packaging whenever possible to reduce our waste footprint.
• KM 0 Food: We prioritize the purchase of local and seasonal products to support local producers and reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
