Very close to the Planetarium and the Enrique Tierno Galván park is this climbing wall, a complete leisure and education centre for all levels and ages. It also offers training courses and a wide range of activities.
SputnikClimbing is one of the largest indoor climbing centres in the city, with more than 180 bouldering problems spread over an area of 2500 square metres and structures with a thousand shapes and inclinations. Every week new boulders of all difficulties and styles are designed so that there is always a new challenge to solve.
With the colour-coded grading system (7 levels of difficulty) you will be able to climb independently from the first visit.
It also has 40 routes to climb with rope or self-insurance and routes, from IV (very easy) to 7b, which are changed almost daily (in a month all the walls are completely renewed).
The family area is specially equipped so that the little ones can climb to their heart's content and in safety.
The centre also has a full 115-metre gym for strength training, cardio or just hanging out surrounded by machines and weights, with changing rooms and toilets adapted for families, as well as a specific room for yoga and stretching.
To recharge your batteries, the centre has a canteen where you can enjoy healthy food, vegetarian dishes and options for coeliacs.
Birthdays can be celebrated in their facilities and they also organise camps during school holidays and days without school.
Sputnikclimbing has two other branches in Alcobendas and Las Rozas.
