Located on the site of the first DiverXo, in the neighbourhood of Tetuan, Chef David Arauz and the somellier Álvaro Prieto run this small sushi restaurant where you can enjoy the most authentic flavours of Japanese cuisine. The expertise of Arauz, responsible for some of the best Japanese restaurants in Spain, such as Suntory, Kabuki, Kazan and 99 KO Sushi Bar, earned it a Michelin star in 2023 and a Repsol sun.
Zuara Sushi has a large U-shaped bar that seats 12 guests, who can enjoy watching Arauz work live and in person. In addition, it also has a private table for 7 people and several spaces to relax and get ready to enjoy your meal.
The gastronomic offer focuses on two tasting menus, Zuara and Shibui, which interpret the ingredients using different techniques and flavours that develop a sequence of dishes before moving onto sushi.
