They receive their raw ingredients every day: fish and seafood of the finest quality, directly from Rías Baixas, O'Grove and Huelva. The dishes available at this restaurant are relatively simple, since their goal is to avoid masking the original flavour of the fish and seafood, and to offer natural cuisine. What's more, the restaurant also has a shop where it sells the same food as it cooks, primarily its speciality: elver and seafood, but also an interesting selection of the finest caviar, champagne and preserved products. Everything you buy here is cooked and prepared to order, meaning that you can order in advance or buy on the spot, in the store itself.
