Between Malasaña and Chueca we find this original cocktail bar / workshop with an industrial vibe where you can sample craft spirits made in house using alcohol bought in bulk that is later macerated on site with fresh fruit and spices.
The menu includes around twenty natural spirits, as well as artisan soft drinks, also made on site, and classic cocktails, which they serve with sandwiches, cakes, and pastries.
Macera also runs workshops so you can learn how to macerate spirits at home or how to mix the perfect drink.
In May 2021, Macera opened up another branch in Madrid, at No. 7 Calle Ventura de la Vega, the Macera Club, joining forces with producer Letsgo to offer cocktails and live entertainment.
