The Salón Gourmets, the largest fair for fine foods and beverages in Europe, will hold its 36th edition from 10 to 20 April 2023, at IFEMA MADRID. It will boast a packed programme of activities that will include contests, tastings, presentations, display cooking and conferences.
The Gourmets Fair is the largest European event devoted exclusively to fine foods and beverages and is one of the most prestigious events of its kind in the world. The fair has a commercial nature, which means it is aimed exclusively at professionals - both national and international - from various sectors such as hotel and hospitality, agrifood chains, catering and specialised trade sectors.
The 2021 edition (held exceptionally in October due to the pandemic) was a resounding success. It was attended by 79,914 professionals and featured 1548 exhibitors in a surface area covering 46,500m2.
