As part of the Bach Vermut season, the Basque organist Esteban Landart will be performing pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach, Julius Reubke, Max Reger and Pablo Bruna.
Landart studied piano at the San Sebastián Conservatory and organ at the Bayonne Conservatory, in France, winning numerous prizes and awards at both institutions. His repertoire spans all styles and periods, including the great romantic and symphony composers.
He currently combines teaching activity - he teaches organ at the Bayonne Conservatory and at the Basque Country's Music School, Musikene - with an active career as a concert performer in Europe and the US, playing at major music festivals.
