Diosas & Demonias is a contemporary dance performance by the choreographer from Granada, Blanca Li, with the participation of the star of the Bolshoi Ballet in Moscow, Maria Alexandrova.
The performance is inspired by femininity and mythology, interspersing diverse legendary females from western history and culture. The Greek and Latin universes have special relevance within a context that deals with issues of violence, forgiveness and the dichotomy between good and evil.
Blanca Li is a Spanish dancer whose styles range from hip hop to flamenco, as well as classical ballet and Baroque dance. She won the Max Award for the Best Choreography in 2008 and the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts 2009.
