Throughout the four days, the Barrio de Las Letras (Literary Quarter) becomes a showcase for the world of decoration. This is an event that features the sector’s most surprising innovations and boasts installations, conferences, theatre, concerts and more than the odd culinary event.
Interior designers, antique dealers and gallery owners take over the streets of this neighbourhood which was home to great writers during the 16th and 17th centuries (Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Tirso de Molina or Calderón de la Barca, among others).
Installations, markets and guided visits through the galleries fill one of the city’s most emblematic areas with art, design and culture. Restaurants and hotels also participate in this interior design festival, decorating their windows or offering themed menus.
