Deathstars

After a five-year hiatus, Deathstars is back in action. The Swedish industrial metal band will embark on a tour next spring to present their new album. It will be on May 15th when the Nordic band, after more than ten years without setting foot on Spanish territory, will perform their show at Shoko Live e Madrid.

Formed in January 2000 in Stockholm, Deathstars became known with their first album, Synthetic Generation, in 2001, although fame came with the album Termination Bliss (2006), with which they were called upon to support Cradle Of Filth's 2006 tour.

However, their third album Night Electric Night (2009) is what established them as one of the great bands of Gothic metal, which led to a tour as guests of the all-powerful Rammstein.

Fusing black and death metal with rock 'n' roll and the industrial genre, Deathstars returns to Madrid to show that, despite the long hiatus, it's still as cool as it was in the beginning.
