This traditional and family tavern with innovative touches, located in Chamberí, is a reference point for those seeking one of the best Spanish omelettes in Madrid, delicious croquettes and traditional desserts: torrijas (French toast) and pestiños (honey-coated pancakes).
The small establishment is divided into two floors. On street level, there are a few tables next to the bar and the upper floor offers a more spacious dining room. Its front window displays the awards it has won for its Spanish omelette.
