Sandó restaurant, near Gran Vía, received advice from Arzak on its launch. In fact, in its day, it was called Sandó by Arzak Instructions. Juan Mari Arzak and his team brought their philosophy to the capital, to produce a synergy that invites you to enjoy haute cuisine at relatively affordable prices. Since November 2013, they've been flying solo, without the master chef as their advisor, and continue to offer a menu built on avant-garde flavours, but without losing its traditional foundations.
Added to all of this is a pleasant setting, where warm tones contrast with turquoises, cool and fresh. Divided into several areas, including a glass-fronted, panoramic functions room, it has capacity for 450 diners. The wine cellar, with a range of 50 national and foreign wines, has also been selected by the Basque company.
