The French restaurant group Joël Robuchon International, which boasts a total of 27 Michelin stars, has arrived in Madrid, on the site of the legendary Embassy. At the group's first restaurant in Spain, you can enjoy a gastronomic proposal inspired by the creations of the French chef himself, in three different spaces, with dishes created by the Spanish chef Jorge Gonzalez.
Robuchon Madrid is spread over three floors and divided into different areas. The ground floor houses L’Ambassade, an informal space comprising four of the six unique spaces available here. It is divided into a showcooking area, an open kitchen concept where you can enjoy the magic of each dish; the classic Tea Lounge, casual but sophisticated; A Tapas Bar, right by the entrance to the restaurant, where you can discover Joël Robuchon’s take on Spain’s most popular little dishes, and La Terrasse, open from breakfast to late-night drinks.
On the top floor you will find L'Atelier, where you can savour the exceptional cuisine of Joël Robuchon, combining quality and elegance, professionalism, tradition, and innovation.
Finally, on the basement floor there is Le Speakeasy, a hidden space where you can enjoy the finest cocktails and ambient music every evening, ending the Robuchon experience with the best aftertaste.
