The Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida offers his intimate project - a culinary journey where he can share Peruvian history, culture and art through his food that is in a perfect union with Spanish cuisine.
The restaurant has two areas with different atmospheres: Peruvian and Spanish. The interior has a capacity for 13 guests and the private one, located next to the workshop and kitchen, has capacity for 14 more. The restaurant offers two sample menus: Memories Menu with 9 and Origins Menu with 12 courses. The area at the entrance and the bar area have a tapas menu that includes snacks and a wide selection of national and international wines served by the glass.
The menu is based in lesser known products from Peru, shipped weekly by Malpartida, that are combined with the products of Spanish origin. They also offer different kinds of signature cocktails with or without alcohol.
