This small establishment, located next to the entrance to the Hotel Ritz, is a project by Abraham García, who is also the chef at the famous Viridiana restaurant, and like here, offers a fusion in which Mexican cuisine is prominent.
Comala, like Viridiana, is committed to a fusion of flavours and products where techniques from different parts of the world are also combined, but with a special predilection for recipes from Mexico. In this way, we can find dishes such as gazpacho with diced nopal, corn mult quesadillas with Arzúa cheese or meatballs with mole poblano.
The establishment is small with an area of high tables, a couple of low tables and a bar that runs the length of the establishment, although the real treasure of this restaurant is its pleasant terrace.
