In addition to the Palacio de Cibelesrestaurant on the sixth floor, the Madrid City Hall also has a café and restaurant at street level with magnificent views to the plaza de Cibeles and calle Alcalá. The restaurant is run by the Adolfo restaurant chain, from chef Adolfo Muñoz (Gold Medal for Merit in Tourism, 2009).
The restaurant offers a range of meals, from breakfasts to lunches and dinners. Prices range from €15 to €35 and there is a three course menu including dessert, as well as a tapas menu (5 tapas and 2 glasses of wine). The extensive menu includes dishes as varied as the Santoña anchovy toast, spinach with chickpeas or honeyed aubergines, all of which can be accompanied by a wine from the list of 22 different wines from Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha and other Spanish regions.
For special events Colección Cibeles has a round private dining hall, called ‘La Capilla’ (the Chapel) with seating for 50 people.
