Casa Toribio is a small restaurant with the exclusive right to all the bull’s meat from the las Ventas bullring.
It is therefore hardly surprising that its star dish is stewed oxtail and its usual clientèle is made up mostly of bullfighting 'aficionados'. Not only do they serve up stewed oxtail; also available are grilled bull’s testicles, very much in demand and hard to find elsewhere.
