Barbecho

Right by Nuevos Ministerios, in Chamberí, chef Rodrigo de la Calle, awarded a Michelin star for El Invernadero, presents his most affordable gastro-botanical proposal in this small restaurant, which also offers home deliveries and take-aways.

Berbecho is a small restaurant, seating about ten guests at its five tables, plus a bar that runs the length of the establishment.

It serves lunches, dinners, innovative dishes and suggestions, and weekend specials. The menu is largely plant-based and seasonal, made using traditional cooking techniques, although animal proteins are also incorporated into some dishes. It offers starters, sharing platters, soups and stews,  meat and fish, a wide variety of rice dishes, and desserts.
