Banzai Recoletos

This restaurant located in Recoletos, opened in 2012, is one of the favorites for sushi fans in the city thanks to the excellent fresh ingredients, exquisite recipes and good prices. You can enjoy a wide variety of tempuras, different tuna dishes as well as sakes and signature cocktails.

The restaurant including a large sushi bar, has a great team of experts in Japanese cuisine headed by the Filipino chef Rheinland Taporo. Their recipes include all kinds of different spices and herbs.

The menu includes dishes like cococha (cod cheeks) tempura, toro-tuna sashimi, carpaccio, tataki or tartate, nigiri flambé. They also offer a large number of sakes – including some very exclusive and special ones – Japanese whiskeys and cocktails you can sip on for lunch or at any hour of the day.
