The Cantabrian chef Javier Moyano, after working in kitchens in Hotel Villa Magna and restaurants like Lasarte, Sergi Arola Gastro and Serbal, is in charge of this restaurant serving Mediterranean food with international touches with the meat as their star ingredient. All of the dishes, from starters to desserts, also include a suggestion for wine pairing.
It is a large and luminous restaurant with abundant green color. Divided in two floors, it has a main dining room for 80 diners and another with a cocktail bar. Kitchen’s large window allows you to see the cutting and cooking process.
The menu is divided in starters, sea food, meats and desserts. The meats include pieces of top quality Spanish beef, A5 Japanese Wagyu beef and Irish Black Angus rib-eye. The desserts are all home-made and charitable as for each dessert one euro is donated to the El Sueño de Vicky Foundation, for children´s cancer research.
