This new the Jhosef Arias group restaurant wishes to bring Madrid locals and visitors the most authentic Peruvian cuisine and its fusion with Chinese (chifa) and Japanese (Nikkei). The result is a relaxed but elegant and fresh food you will want to try again and again.
It is the group’s third restaurant in Madrid and receives its name from the Chinese neighborhood in Lima – Capón Street. Piscomar, another Jhosef Arias’s restaurant was located here before it moved to La Latina neighborhood leaving its premises to the new rising star on Madrid culinary scene.
Chifa dishes on the menu include chicken tipakay with pak choy and sweet and sour or tamarind sauce, pork with vegetables, pineapple and tamarind sauce; some of the Nikkei dishes are acebichado, sea-bass maki with avocado, leche de tigre and yellow ají or sea-bass tiradito with leche de tigre, avocado and cilantro. They also offer a wide selection of cocktails.
