Mirador Madrid

This great viewing point which spans the large tower of the Cibeles Palace enables visitors to admire a 360 degree panoramic view of the city of Madrid. The convergence of the Gran Vía and Calle Alcalá, Paseo de la Castellana or El Retiro Park are some of the tourist attractions that can be admired from a privileged position, whereby maps are provided to help citizens and visitors recognise and identify the city’s most iconic buildings.

Access:

• The viewpoint can be accessed climbing 88 steps from the 6th floor.
• You are kindly asked to use the stairs to get to the viewpoint in the historic building, mainly to help maintain a steady flow of visitors.
• Lifts are for the use of people with disabilities or reduced mobility and adults with babies in pushchairs.

Admission rules

• Waiting times may vary for security reasons or due to number of visitors. A typical visit lasts 30 minutes.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• CentroCentro reserves the right to close Mirador Madrid or change opening times for security reasons or due to adverse weather conditions. If the viewpoint is temporarily closed, bookings for last entries will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded.
